The Galata Tower is free for children aged 0-7, and you do not need to purchase a ticket. To receive a free ticket, you must present the child's passport to the authorized staff at the entrance. If the child's passport is not presented, a standard admission ticket must be purchased.

Yes, there is an elevator that takes you to the seventh floor, but you’ll need to climb a spiral staircase for the final two floors to reach the observation deck.

From Sultanahmet, take the T1 tram to Karaköy and walk 10 minutes. From Taksim, take the M2 metro to Şişhane and walk 5 minutes.
