Topkapi Palace — Assisted Entry (Meet Your Host)

The Topkapi Palace meeting point is at Chimney Bistro. Look for the red City Windows kiosk inside Chimney Bistro and meet your host there. The host will accompany you to the palace entrance. Please arrive to meeting point at least 10 minutes before your booked time slot and remain with your host until entry is complete.

Assisted entries are scheduled in daily except Tuesdays. Select the time slot that works best for your itinerary.

Know Before You Go

  • The combo ticket is valid for 3 consecutive days starting from the booked date.
  • Hagia Sophia is closed to visits on Fridays between 12:00-14:30 due to prayer.
  • Topkapi Palace is closed on Tuesdays.
  • Last assisted entry to Topkapi Palace with host is at 16:00 (4:00 PM).
  • Re-entry is not allowed once you leave the sites.

Important Notes

  • Hagia Sophia is a functioning mosque — modest dress is required. (Shoulders and knees covered, headscarves for women).
  • Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your booked time. Tickets are non-refundable within the last 24 hours.
  • Audio guide requires a working internet connection. Internet is limited in Topkapi Palace. It can be downloaded in advance to use it offline.
